Blue Cove Association Bi-Annual Board of Directors Elections

Good afternoon, Blue Cove Association members, and dear neighbors.


The Bi-Annual Blue Cove Association Board of Directors elections are upon us.


We have set November 10th as a deadline for nominations, so please send your nominations to (thebluecoveassociation@gmail.com) by November 10th, so we have enough time to add your nominees to the voting ballot.


Elections will be held in person only, at Holy Faith Episcopal Church in the Blue Cove at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17th.


The positions are, and are currently occupied by:

  • President - Daniel Mendonça

  • Vice President - Mickey Pierce

  • Treasurer - Sandy Clelland

  • Secretary - Wendy Sams

  • Director - Kirk Hansen

  • Director - Beatriz Isaza

  • Director - Raymond Mikes


The current board (listed above) has voiced their interest in continuing to serve, so all the names above will be on the ballot, along with your nominations.


You must be a paid member and you may only nominate paid resident members of the Blue Cove Association. Please indicate which position you are nominating them for. Only one nomination per household, only one vote per resident, even if the resident own multiple homes. No two people from the same household are allowed.


A ballot will be available on the Nov. 17th meeting, and we need volunteers not associated with the board of directors to tally, count, and disclose the votes for each position. Thank you for volunteering for it.


We will be mailing (snail-mail) some additional information in the upcoming days.


Thank you for participating. The Blue Cove can still be the community we want it to be if we work together to make it happen. Make your vote count! Show up! Volunteer!
