If you would like to become a member of the Blue Cove Association, it only costs $100.00 per year. It gives you access to the Blue Cove Park and Boat Ramp, voting privileges in our board elections, and the peace of mind that comes with supporting your neighborhood association. The ongoing maintenance and improvements that our volunteer-based association makes, only add to the investment you’ve made in your home. You may also elect to become a half-member for only $50.00 per year, and forego of the key for the Blue Cove Park and Boat Ramp, but still have voting privileges and feel good about helping out your community.
